Talent

Despite the recent woes of FSU recruiting since 2018, the roster is still one of the most talented in the country with Marvin Wilson and Tamorrion Terry returning.

The defensive line is full of former blue-chip players, and the same goes for the secondary. The one area that’s been a concern the past few years, linebacker, was one of the few areas the former regime upgraded in terms of depth and talent.

The defense should be the strength of this team, and FSU defensive coordinator Adam Fuller has proven at two different places he can make a big difference in year one.

The same offensive concerns are there from the previous year, but there was a sizable jump in offensive improvement from 2018 to 2019. Can we expect another year of progress in the right direction?

I think so, as Mike Norvell and Kenny Dillingham have chemistry and a track record to back it up when they were at Memphis.

That brings me to what could be the biggest difference-maker compared to last year.
