FSU football: What if Kirk Herbstreit is right about no 2020 college football?

Cons

The same thing I talked about with Clemson losing talent means FSU football would likely lose a ton of talent too.

Players like Marvin Wilson, Tamorrion Terry, Cory Durden, Hamsah Nasirildeen, Joshua Kaindoh, and Janarious Robinson would likely be gone in 2021.

That’s a ton of talent and experience to lose off the defense, which would probably be the strength of the team in 2020.

Would players knowing and understanding the offense better in 2021 be able to offset these losses on defense?

The 2021 schedule features Notre Dame, at Clemson, Miami, at Florida, and a game in North Carolina.

That’s not exactly a friendly schedule to go up against considering the potential talent being lost. Now, hopefully being better coached can offset some of that, and the Noles could bring in a good 2021 recruiting class.

Either way, that schedule could make it difficult to show a great product that will attract elite talent.
