1.) Watch the Youth Movement
Each week it seems like a new true freshman is finding ways to impress. Last week, Lorenzo Featherston announced his arrival rather loudly. After Florida State struggled to find a pass rush early, Featherston provided it in a big way down the stretch. Dalvin Cook also made a couple of very nice runs and Travis Rudolph took a little screen pass 40 yards down the sideline.

All in all, it was a nice reminder that Florida State’s cupboard is well-stocked with talented players. Jimbo Fisher — who will earn his 50th career win with a victory — has had top recruiting classes every year he’s been a head coach.
Against Wake Forest — a team FSU’s starters will likely dispatch rather quickly — fans should have plenty of chances to see even more of Florida State’s youth movement. Expect to see even more from freshman receivers like Rudolph and fellow five-star recruit Ermon Lane– and possibly even Ja’Vonn Harrison. Fans will see more of Cook. There’s talent on the second-team offensive line. And defensively, Jacob Pugh and Featherston should see plenty of playing time.
FSU is absolutely loaded with talent, and its game against Wake will be a great chance to see its depth.
