FSU football coaches have done a great job constructing their 2024 recruiting class. It’s nearly complete with 21 commits as the 2023 season opener against LSU is around the corner. That game will be a prime opportunity for FSU to get commits and top targets to see the Noles in action.

The coaches won’t be able to speak with the players who attend, but FSU commits can do that, and have been recruiting extremely hard for the remaining targets.

I wrote about who most of those targets were after the commitment from five-star athlete KJ Bolden on August 5th. FSU already had some heavy hitters on the recruiting trail with commits Luke Kromenhoek and Kameron Davis.

However, the additions of five-star Charles Lester III and Bolden have given the recruiting class some extra firepower down the stretch.

These players have been assisting the FSU coaches with communicating with the top remaining targets, which is the beauty of having the class nearly complete as the season approaches.

All of the commits seem to be on the same page, and that’s enticing for a blue-chip uncommitted target that’s getting recruiting by a ton of other blue-chip commits to join #Tribe24.

The way the coaching staff has things going right now, they can pour more time and resources into these remaining targets.

FSU football should finish with their first top-10 recruiting class since the 2017 season. However, it’s not out of the realm of possibility for the Noles to finish inside the top five.

FSU is in a position where they don’t have to reach for any targets they don’t want. I think they’ll get at least a couple of the guys they have remaining.

However, if they don’t, they can also save those spots for players from the transfer portal to help fill any remaining spots.
