FSU football: 16 players who could be selected in 2025 NFL Draft
By Kelvin Hunt
Sione Lolohea
Redshirt senior defensive end Sione Lolohea arrived in Tallahassee this spring after an outstanding career at Oregon State the past few seasons. Lolohea was Honorable Mention Pac-12 in 2022 and Second-Team Pac-12 performer in 2023 with 47 tackles, 8.5 for loss, 1.5 sacks, seven quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery. Lolohea is listed at 6'3" and 270 pounds. He's a proven run-stopper who came to FSU to get developed as a pass-rusher.
He has one season of eligibility remaining and looks to maximize his opportunity in Adam Fuller's defense. He'll have the opportunity, because I expect FSU will lead in most of its games in 2024, forcing teams to drop back and pass the ball. Lolohea is incredibly strong, with the ability to set the edge and make plays in the run game. If he can show any semblance of pass rush moves in 2024, I could see Lolohea going in the middle to late rounds in the 2025 NFL Draft.
