FOUR-STAR CB GREGORY XAVIER THOMAS

I do realize that four-star cornerback Gregory Xavier Thomas from American Heritage High School in Plantation, Florida has several crystal ball predictions in favor of Florida State at this time. However, the Seminoles cannot afford to lose his services.

The cornerback position is very vital to the success of Florida State's defensive scheme. While it looks like Azareye'h Thomas, Fentrell Cypress II, and Earl Little Jr. are the starting cornerbacks, it is recommended that the Seminoles keep acquiring talent in the room since defensive coordinator Adam Fuller likes to rotate a variety of pieces in the secondary.

This should be a slam dunk recruitment for Florida State since defensive backs coach Patrick Surtain Sr. used to be the head football coach at American Heritage. However, Thomas still has not pledged to the program and he has informed me that he will not be attending the spring game on Saturday.

With not having any defensive backs committed to the 2025 recruiting class yet, the Seminoles need to acquire the services of Thomas when they have the opportunity before another team heavily gets in the mix.
