FSU football: 4-star QB commit Luke Kromenhoek wins playoff game
FSU football has already secured an exceptional recruiting class where they have several highly-touted prospects, which includes four-star quarterback commit Luke Kromenhoek.
Kromenhoek and Benedictine Military School have defeated North Oconee by a score of 48-26 to advance to the next round of the playoffs.
The talented signal caller has been committed to the Seminoles since March 26, 2022. Head football coach Mike Norvell took a chance with an offer on June 18, 2021 before Kromenhoek was even the starting quarterback for his high school team.
During the 2022 season, he had over 3,000 total yards with 34 total touchdowns and only four interceptions.
Norvell has emphasized of surrounding the program with togetherness, brotherhood, and a sense of culture. While Florida State has generated the third-best recruiting class in the 247Sports Composite rankings, they seem to have selected the right prospects that fit the narrative of what the Seminoles are all about.
Interestingly enough, four-star running back commit Kameron Davis from Dougherty High School in Albany, Georgia was in attendance for Kromenhoek’s huge playoff victory.
Just for perspective, Albany (GA) is three and a half hours away from Savannah (GA). This speaks volume to the relationship that these talented prospects have for one another. Both of them are great ambassadors to Florida State University and speak glowingly about the program every chance they get.
Both Kromenhoek and Davis have both stated that they are locked into their commitments to Florida State a while back. In today’s recruiting landscape, it is difficult for prospects to remain committed to a particular school given the ebbs and flows of teenagers making important decisions.
As it relates to Davis, he has been verbally committed to the program since February 25, 2021. The talented back will be utilizing his official visit with the Seminoles on the weekend of December 15th (shortly before the Early Signing Period) to put his recruiting hat on for prospects that will be in attendance.
