FSU football: Top five darkhorse players for 2020 season
By Kelvin Hunt
Ontaria Wilson
The Noles received a huge boost offensively when Tamorrion Terry decided to return for his redshirt junior season.
They received another boost when Mike Norvell confirmed Keyshawn Helton was 100 percent and ready to go for the Georgia Tech game.

One player that’s lost in the shuffle is junior wide receiver, Ontaria Wilson. Wilson was quietly emerging last season before getting injured about halfway through the season. Wilson did manage to return to action for the Nole’s bowl game but didn’t record any stats.
He appeared in eight games with 21 receptions for 227 yards and one touchdown. Wilson was consistent in his seven games before the injury as he never had less than two receptions in the first seven games.
That production was a huge increase over his redshirt freshman campaign, and he could be poised to be a solid option in the passing game unless Warren Thompson or another young receiver emerges.
If the latter happens, that’s also a good sign for the Noles. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if Wilson surprised some folks in 2020 since he’s mostly forgotten.
