FSU football: Top 5 concerns going into 2019 season
By Kelvin Hunt
Offensive Line
Listen, I don’t have to beat a dead horse here as the offensive line has been awful since 2016.
They would be No. 1 on the list but I actually expect this unit to be better in 2019 for a couple of reasons.
I think Kendal Briles and Randy Clements having a lot of history together should be a huge improvement over the patchwork offensive staff that was last season.
Not to mention Kendal Briles having full control of the offense and success implementing it at multiple stops.
With all that being said, this offensive line still has to go out and make it happen and there’s a lot of unproven parts. Aside from graduate transfer Ryan Roberts and Brady Scott there’s not a ton of experience to pull from.
The success of this team is dependent upon this unit finally showing up to play for the first time in years.
