Nyqwan Murray

I have to start with “Noonie” who led the team in receptions and yards while scoring a touchdown. The team leader in both categories had eight receptions for 131 yards.

It was his second 100 yard receiving game of the season(Louisville) and one TD off his TD total from 2017.

Murray is just five receptions shy of his entire total from last season. This Wake Forest game was important for Murray as he was coming off his worst statistical outing of the year against Miami where he had just two receptions for 11 yards.

His eight receptions had an average of 16.4 yards per catch which is two yards higher than his season average.

No other FSU receiver had more than five receptions with Murray being the most impactful receiver in the game.

Here’s to hoping he can keep that same production when Clemson comes to Tallahassee Saturday.
