It wasn’t a surprise when FSU basketball standout Dwayne Bacon announced he would forgo his junior season at FSU and enter the upcoming NBA Draft.
Bacon improved in almost ever statistical category compared to his freshman season. His field goal percentage increased from .447 to .452. Bacon’s percentage from the three-point line increased from .281 to .333.
He also improved his free throw percentage from .714 to .754, and increased his points per game average from 15.8 to 17.2. The only category to see a decrease was his rebounding which went from 5.8 to 4.2 per game.
It’s clear Bacon has mad love for the FSU program as he could have left after his freshman season and likely would have been drafted. So ‘Noles fans returned the love on social media.
