Again, there are so many fierce options available here, so the cursive “Gators” just comes across as lazy. After all, nothing says really under thinking a visual representation of your mascot like merely writing out your team name. Yawn. And cursive? Is this a helmet or an invitation to your aunt’s wedding?

But it’s not just lazy. Like the logo, the the UF helmet looks silly. The poofy writing looks more at home on a kid’s birthday cake than a football helmet.
