Lack of Leadership

I wrote about some of the cultural issues FSU experienced this year earlier this week. I don't think it would be a great idea to bring in a guy from the transfer portal who quit on his team because he got benched and announced that he plans to enter the transfer portal before the season concluded.

FSU will likely be a young team in 2025, and you would want that leading those guys? Would you want that guy trying to help a young Luke Kromenhoek, Brock Glenn, or potentially Tramell Jones develop?

FSU has been playing multiple quarterbacks this year and will probably look to get those guys some reps in 2025, even if they bring in a portal QB.

Would Castellanos pout then and quit?

If FSU coaches didn't want him as a quarterback initially, there's probably a good reason and his stats at Boston College back up that sentiment.

I believe FSU can and will do better with talent acquisition at the position.
