Florida State lost to the Clemson Tigers by a score of 29-13 in the friendly confines of Doak Campbell Stadium on Saturday night. The Seminoles now fall to a 1-5 record. A loss isn't something to cheer for, but the program did show some positive strides.

At this rate, I want something positive to cling to. The fan base has been starving for success to come Florida State's way. The fifth year of the Mike Norvell era has been an absolute disaster. Unfortunately, the Seminoles are inching closer and closer to making a bowl game this year with opponents such as Duke, Miami, Notre Dame, and Florida still on the docket.

Nonetheless, Saturday's matchup versus Clemson was not about winning since the Seminoles were listed as 17-point underdogs (even though I would have loved Florida State to beat Dabo Swinney for a second straight year). It was about showcasing aspects to build upon. I want to highlight the positives that I noticed in the game.
