Wide Receiver/TE

FSU has lost the following wide receivers from the 2024 team: Kentron Poitier, Darion Williamson, Malik Benson, Ja'Khi Douglas, Deuce Spann, and Destyn Hill.

Douglas was the only reliable option on the list and he exhausted eligibility after an underrated career at FSU. That's a lot of spots to fill with quality players.

The Noles added a major wide receiver target from the portal on Sunday night when legacy player Duce Robinson announced his commitment. He has solid production after two years and has two years of eligibility remaining.

FSU has some young talent, along with rising junior Hykeem Williams. However, they likely need one more proven wide receiver from the portal to solidify the offense, while giving the young guys opportunities to continue developing.

FSU had a potential target on campus Sunday, WVU wide receiver Traylon Ray. He's originally from Tallahassee and has proven production over the past two years. They could also target some guys from teams in the playoffs. The tight end position is similar with FSU only adding one player after losing several non-impact guys.
