Florida State football will not be having its spring game in 2026. However, the fan base should still be excited for college football, as kickoff for the Seminoles will be happening twenty-five Saturdays from today. That might seem like forever now, but it will be here before we know it.
Head coach Mike Norvell will enter a pivotal season for the program, tasked with offensive play-calling after coordinator Gus Malzahn unexpectedly retired this offseason. Florida State will start spring practices on Monday, March 9th, so I thought it would be appropriate to give my projected offensive depth chart.

Analysis for projected depth chart
Let's face it, this offense goes as far as star wide receiver Duce Robinson takes it. This isn't a unit that stands out on paper, but there are playmaking contributors behind Robinson who could make a difference, such as running back Quintrevion Wisner and wide receiver Micahi Danzy.
Florida State head coach Mike Norvell is in desperation mode with so many analysts planting him firmly on hot seat lists. He now has the luxury of controlling his fate by calling plays. His decision at the quarterback position could be the nail in the coffin for him, so he has to get this right. Given the severity of the situation, I believe that he leans towards veteran transfer Ashton Daniels.
This offense likely won't be a flashy top-five offense, but it should be stabilized enough to beat opponents that it should, and give more talented teams a scare.
