We need FSU football to stay relatively healthy in 2025.

WIDE RECEIVER

I have already discussed sophomore wide receiver Lawayne McCoy going down with an injury (which I don't believe will be something that will be season-ending). I know that offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn is someone who loves to run the football, so the rushing attack will be at the forefront.

However, the passing attack will be just as important as the offense wants to spread opposing defenses out to create mismatch nightmares. Plus, the offense will establish the run and then throw it over the top of the defense when they least expect it.

The coaching staff has discussed the play of Duce Robinson, Squirrel White, Jayvan Boggs, Lawayne McCoy, and Elijah Moore as contributors who have stood out. It stinks that the Seminoles could have McCoy out for a while since he is a top-five option in the offense.

I don't think that Florida State can take too many injuries at the wide receiver position. This already means that redshirt freshman Elijah Moore is expected to have a heavier workload.
