FSU football will be taking on their arch-rival Florida Gators in Ben-Hill Griffin Stadium on Saturday night at 7:00 PM EST on ESPN.

This prime time game was supposed to feature two talented quarterbacks in Jordan Travis and Graham Mertz. However, both signal callers suffered injuries and will not play in this contest.

As as result, this game changed the narrative in a monumental way as both teams will be playing their backup quarterbacks with Tate Rodemaker and Max Brown.

While the Seminoles are 6.5-point road favorites, Vegas suggests that the game will be somewhat lower scoring given that 50.5 over/under point total.

Florida State is entering the contest with an undefeated record, while the Florida Gators are fighting for bowl eligibility with a 5-6 record. The arch-rival Gators would like to do nothing more than to spoil the Seminoles’ undefeated season.

On Tuesday night, the College Football Playoff committee dropped Florida State from No. 4 to No. 5 in its updated rankings. Head football coach Mike Norvell have to continue its winning ways as they travel to Gainesville this Saturday.

Here are three keys to victory as Florida State looks to remain unblemished.
