FSU football has quite the emotional roller coaster on Senior Night as the Seminoles defeated the North Alabama Lions by a score of 58-17 in the confines of Doak Campbell Stadium.

Rightfully so, the injury of redshirt senior quarterback Jordan Travis took the attention of the many fans who were in attendance as well as those watching at home.

Florida State head football coach Mike Norvell even explained in his post-game media session that it was difficult to blackout what transpired on the field, but he stated that this football team continued to battle through the high levels of adversity.

This is the culture that has been set in the program under the guidance of Norvell. The team follows the statement “All We Got, All We Need!” in everything that they do.

The Seminoles were listed at No. 5 in the most recent AP poll behind Washington, who was able to get a pivotal victory over a ranked Oregon State opponent. They were even instances of this past weekend’s edition of College GameDay where some of the analysts suggested that an undefeated Florida State team might not make it in the College Football Playoff over one-loss teams such as Alabama or Texas.

While the statement “All We Got, All We Need!” might seem cliche, it holds true to what this Florida State squad is all about. Regardless of what the national college football media says about them, they continue to lean towards each other and be the best version of themselves every day.

This is perfectly encapsulated when quarterback Jordan Travis posted on his Instagram story a video of him in the hospital bed cheering on true freshman quarterback Brock Glenn scoring his first collegiate touchdown.

The Seminoles have to focus in on playing their arch-rival Florida Gators, then they have a matchup versus Louisville in the ACC Championship.

Buckle up Nole Nation, it will be exciting next two weeks!
