Fentrell Cypress

Being one of the rising stars for the Seminoles, cornerback Fentrell Cypress had his best game of the season against Pitt.

His hustle and persistence paid off with the forced fumble in the end zone after chasing down a Pitt receiver, which changed the entire momentum of the game.

By never giving up on the play, Cypress potentially kept the Noles from digging themselves into a hole in the first half.

He finished the game with a season-high six tackles(three solo and three assists)  Well played by the transfer cornerback, and he’ll be a vital part of the FSU defense in keeping Miami’s receivers in check Saturday afternoon.
