Avoid Turnovers

I don’t expect Boston College to have too much success on the field, but one thing that can keep Boston College in the game is turnovers.

FSU hasn’t had a game without turning the ball over yet, and Saturday night would be a good time to start that streak.

FSU offensive turnovers have nearly cost the Noles in their last two games, and there’s no need to give a struggling offense short fields and more opportunities to score than they’d normally have.

Boston College has an even turnover margin but notably has three interceptions. Their secondary is likely the strength of their defense, and Tate Rodemaker will need to be aware if he finds himself on the field Saturday night.

I’m curious to see who will play quarterback for the Noles. Will it be Jordan Travis, even though he may not be 100 percent?

Travis is excellent at protecting the ball, but backup QB Tate Rodemaker has had his issues with throwing interceptions in limited reps.

If Rodemaker gets the start, it’ll be imperative he makes good decisions with the football.
