September 25th vs. Boston College

Last year, I said Boston College and Phil Jurkovec were overrated and proved me right. FSU football went on the road and spanked them in the first half before the referees interjected themselves to make it a close game.

Jurkovec returns but will have an entirely new offensive line. Zay Jones returns at wide receiver and he’s a very good player.

However, Jarvis Brownlee isn’t out there to get abused this year. Boston College hasn’t been able to stop the run for the past few years, and this year will likely be no different. FSU is the more talented team overall.

I expect the Noles to run it down their throat and keep Boston College’s offense in check for the second consecutive ACC Atlantic Division win.

Scoring Prediction: FSU 34, Boston College 24

Projected 2022 Record: 3-1
