The Season

I anticipate the staff will gain more commitments relatively soon, but the way the 2021 season goes will have an impact on this 2021 recruiting class.

Think about it. These players are entertaining committing and signing to a program that’s under .500 since the 2018 season.

The program won three games last year, and these players and parents want to see if this ship is going in the right direction.

I think the coaching staff is doing a great job of giving indications and reasons as to why the program is going in the right direction. However, it’s like if I was a chef and had made this meal that I knew everyone loved every time I made it.

I could tell you how great it was. It might look and smell great, but you wouldn’t know how great it was until you tried it.

That’s what’s happening right now, and the 2021 season will be an opportunity for these recruits to taste FSU football for real. Several players who’ll likely wait until the early signing period or National Signing Day to announce their commitments.

How the season will heavily impact those players and if they sign or not.
