Reality

Remarkably, the staff has eight players in the 2022 class committed, with three of them ranked as top 100 players.

They have gotten numerous other blue-chip players on campus since the dead period ended but haven’t gotten one commitment.

Here’s the reality for these players. These players haven’t been able to visit schools and speak with any coaches for over a year.

Why would they in a rush to commit to any school right now when they have opportunities to visit multiple places? Even if they visit Tallahassee, love it, and know they want to commit, it makes sense for them to wait a bit.

The players visiting campus are ranked so high, they know they have a spot if and when they want to commit to FSU.

The players are going to enjoy the process and visit schools to help them make the best decision possible. It doesn’t matter if they commit now or wait until the early signing period.

All you have to do is look at Tennessee’s last recruiting cycle. They were going crazy with all those early spring commitments only to finish one spot in front of FSU.
