Relationship Building With Coaches

One of the toughest aspects the coaching staff had to overcome during the pandemic was the lack of relationships with high school coaches in-state.

They had tons of zoom calls and a few meet and greets, but haven’t had a real opportunity to speak face-to-face.

What better idea than creating an event that allows coaches you need to form relationships with an opportunity to come to your home and provide an opportunity for their players to be seen by tons of college coaches?

Not only that, the camps allowed these coaches to see how the FSU coaching staff grinds and puts in the work.

There’s work to be done, it’s not like they create can relationships overnight, but now these coaches will have a better idea of what FSU football and the staff is all about.

When Mike Norvell or one of the other staff members call or show interest in a player, it’ll be a better situation than last year when they haven’t met the coaching staff in person.
