FSU football completed week five of spring camp, which concluded with the spring game and the final practice Sunday. With spring done, we recap the week and look at what has changed.

The last week of spring has come and gone, and there is a different feeling around FSU Football. A highly attended spring game has continued to invigorate a surging Seminoles team.

Recruiting changed the mood of the fan base and it has matriculated its way throughout the rest of Spring.

There is palpable positivity surrounding this team. Whether it’s the recent trend with recruits or the synergy and camaraderie around the team. There is something  different in Tally.

It starts with the current players setting the examples. Multiple times, veterans congratulated their work ethic and contributions to the team in that manner.

Fabien Lovett stressed the importance of setting an example and the foundation to build off. The youth took notice as well.

Kevin Knowles got an interception and made a couple of other plays to cap his spring game. Malik McClain scored a touchdown and had another explosive play with a diving reception from McKenzie Milton.

Joshua Burrell looked more explosive than I ever thought I would see and had Sports Center Top 10 level catch in the spring game.

Bryan Robinson scored a touchdown on a back-shoulder throw against very tight coverage.

You can tell there is a great exchange of ideas, and veterans looked composed and experienced while many newcomers popped on the T.V. screen.

The future looks bright.
