RaiQuan Gray

RaiQuan Gray is arguably FSU’s most valuable player and should have made the All-ACC Second Team over M.J. Walker.

Gray’s game is unstoppable on the offensive end when he wants to be. He can take players off the dribble and get to the basket, or posting up with success.

When he plays well, FSU is a different team, but he’s been relatively quiet the past two games.

Gray played 21 minutes against UNC and 27 minutes against Georgia Tech with eight points in each game and only six rebounds.

He entered those games averaging over 12 points and six rebounds. Gray has been the most successful when he’s on the floor about 28-30 minutes per game.

Gray has scored in double-digits in every game this year when playing at least 28 minutes.

Gray has to stay out of foul trouble, coupled with Leonard Hamilton getting him more involved on the offensive end. FSU basketball will be a different team in the tournament if RaiQuan Gray steps up his game.
