Transfer Portal

It has already been big for the Noles in the 2021 recruiting class. The Noles have added eight players from the transfer portal.

They’ve addressed QB, RB, DE, DB, DB, DB, WR, DE, and still have a spot open for an offensive tackle if one they like becomes available.

I’m not sure I’ve seen a staff attack the transfer portal the way this new staff does. Players are not in the portal 30 minutes before someone from FSU football reaches out to gauge interest and find out why they are in the portal.

The great thing is the staff isn’t just looking to take bodies as they are looking to address NEEDS.

I do question at least one move they made in the portal, but the reason they made the move could be something to do with something that will come out later.

The portal is something the staff will continue to use to get this program turned around quicker while allowing younger players time to develop.
