Fan Base Is Starving For Success

As an FSU football fan, can you imagine how you felt just before the kickoff against Virginia Tech in 2018?

The Noles had what appeared to be a perfect offseason with Willie Taggart making all the right moves off the field.

The 2019 recruiting class was among the best in the nation, and several high-profile recruits were in attendance.

Doak Campbell Stadium was rocking like the Noles were poised to reclaim their spot as one of the best programs in the nation.

However, 30 minutes later, and it was like a pin popped the balloon and let all the air out.

The sad part is that balloon hasn’t blown up since, and this fan base needs something positive to happen, to fully buy-in to the Mike Norvell era.

A loss would be catastrophic, as Georgia Tech is a team the Noles are supposed to beat. A loss would likely mean those fans that were supporting Mike Norvell this offseason are jumping ship quickly.
