Jaydon Hood

Four-star linebacker Jaydon Hood is a Michigan commit from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

The Noles have two linebacker commits and will likely take one more as Hood is a player the staff offered in early January.

Hood checks in at 6’1″ and 212 pounds with 24 offers from the likes of FSU, Alabama, Kentucky, Miami, LSU, Minnesota, Penn State, Syracuse, South Carolina, Texas A&M, Vandervilt, Virginia Tech, Washington State, West Virginia, and a host of smaller programs.

He’s considered the No. 297 ranked player nationally, No. 12 inside linebacker, and the No. 48 player in the state of Florida.

It was reported he was high on the Noles at one point, and Michigan’s future of uncertainty with the Big 10 canceling their season could be just what the Noles need to get back in that race.
