Coaches Can Recruit

Man, it wasn’t looking pretty as the Noles were free-falling down the national rankings. They were approaching the 50s before finding their groove with a string of quality additions between April and July.

They’ve settled into that No. 20-25 range, which isn’t acceptable by FSU football standards by any means. However, they are in a solid position to add a few more quality players to finish with a top 15-20 class.

They’ve done a great job of securing that No. 1 target at quarterback in Luke Altmyer, and have one of the best defensive back groupings in the nation.

They still have some needs at offensive tackle, defensive tackle, and running back to address. The biggest concern of that group is defensive tackle, but this staff does a good job of identifying talent and has some time to make some moves there.

Now, all the staff has to is put out a respectable product on the field in 2020, and recruiting should take care of itself with how this staff evaluates.
