Boise State

FSU football will be favored against West Virginia but could be underdogs on the road against Boise State in the third game of the season.

I place this game No. 2 on the list because it’s a game the Noles would open eyes with if they could pull off the win.

Boise State is a well respected program that normally wins 10+ wins per season. It’s a game they could go into 2-0, and a win here would catapult them forward in the eyes of many.

The word confidence has been used a lot in this piece, but really, that’s the key to this program right now.

The talent is there to win 10 games, but it comes down to believing they can do it and executing in all three phases of the game.

A win against Boise State would likely mean a win against NC State the following week. That’s four wins before the Clemson game with a outside shot at nine wins.
