Miami

The Miami Hurricanes have beaten the Noles in three straight contests The 2017 and 2018 seasons were gifts by the Noles to the Canes.

Last season was one of the most unprepared FSU teams I’ve seen, and the blowout loss against Miami became the end of the Willie Taggart era.

Both teams have been awful the past few seasons and FSU can’t afford to lose to them for a fourth straight season.

FSU will play a tough physical defense against Pittsburgh the week before the Miami game. It’s a situation that could easily turn into back-to-back losses if the Noles aren’t on the “A” game. If the Noles were to lose one of those games, I’d rather it be against Pittsburgh.

A win against Miami would give FSU football something huge to sell to in-state recruits too.
