Social Media

I can’t express to you the improvements this area has shown since Mike Norvell became head coach in December.

The staff they have hired are a clear upgrade(with a couple who were put in place by the previous staff). The graphics are clean and up to date, but more importantly, the social media team has structure and organization.

The recruiting pieces go out and are not a complete joke anymore as recruits post them and comment on how much they like them.

Social media has been a key component in how FSU has communicated with recruits during this pandemic. They can’t take the place of campus visits or video calls but stepping their game up in this department helps.

They’ve also used social media to highlight current players on the team along with all of their accomplishments. The coaching staff used social media to highlight how well the team did academically during the spring semester.

The point is, social media has been a huge positive with a clear purpose to help elevate this football program.
