FSU football: 6 players that could be drafted in 2021
By Kelvin Hunt
Marvin Wilson
Marvin Wilson is the last five-star defensive tackle the Noles have signed in quite some time.
Have you noticed a trend in this piece? I’m not Ed McMahon on Star Search because all the stars were right here in Tallahassee.
Marvin Wilson is a dominant defensive tackle and probably would have been a first-round pick in this year’s draft had he declared early.
Team captain, Marvin Wilson finished 2019 with 44 total tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, two QB hurries, one forced fumble, a fumble recovery, and four pass breakups.
The Noles have consistently put defensive tackles in the NFL in the past decade. Demarcus Christmas, Derrick Nnadi, Eddie Goldman, Tim Jernigan, and Everett Dawkins have all been drafted since 2013.
Wilson, along with Durden will likely add to the list next year.
