Linebackers

I’m excited about the linebackers this season. Dontavious Jackson returns for his senior season and Jaiden Lars-Woodbey returns for his sophomore season after being named an ESPN Freshman All-American.

The coaching staff has done a great job of flipping a weak unit into a position of strength in just two recruiting cycles.

There are a number of young players like Jaleel McRae vying for valuable snaps along with veterans like Emmett Rice who’s finally looking healthy nowadays.

There’s much better depth here than in years past which is huge.

I think this unit will be an improvement over last season and finally become a strength, especially with the Noles potentially playing a bit more 3-4 defense.
