Khalan Laborn

Khalan Laborn checked in at No. 5 on this list. I firmly believe he would not have been on this list if he had not gotten injured in the season opener last year.

He’s who I was referring to regarding getting redshirted for no apparent reason by the old regime. However, we got a glimpse of what he’s capable of in the FSU spring game and the Virginia Tech game.

Laborn was considered a five-star recruit in 2017. He was the No. 29 ranked player overall and the No. 1 ranked all-purpose back in the class.

The Noles have only signed one running back (Anthony Grant) since the 2017 signing class that featured Cam Akers, Laborn and Zaquandre White.

White is no longer with the team so there should be plenty of carries for Laborn provided he’s able to get back to 100 percent by the time the season rolls around.
