Lots Of Experience Returning for 2019

I talked about the true freshmen getting a lot of reps last season. The Noles don’t lose a ton off last season’s team.

They’ll need to replace Brian Burns and DeMarcus Christmas on the defensive line and AJ Westbrook in the secondary.

The latter was a huge liability in the secondary last season and FSU has players in Marvin Wilson and Joshua Kaindoh who can try to replace Burns and Christmas.

The Noles will be experienced at quarterback regardless of who the starter is with James Blackman or if Deondre Francois decides to really stick around till fall.

The running back position has Cam Akers and Anthony Grant and the wide receivers group could be the most talented the Noles will field in the last decade with Tamorrion Terry, D.J. Matthews, Tre’Shaun Harrison and Tre McKitty at tight end.

Stanford Samuels, Hamsah Nasirildeen and Kyle Meyers also return in the secondary. The biggest question mark continues to be the offensive line, but they’re bringing in players that could be vying for starting positions so that’s a plus too.
