Brian Burns was a consensus Freshman All-American in 2016 by several media outlets and improved in 2017 despite seeing a reduction in his sack totals..

He increased his total number of tackles and tackles for loss compared to his freshman year.

Burns comes into his “money” year with the opportunity to literally make a lot of money with a productive junior season.

He has continued to put on good size while maintaining the ability to get low coming off the edge against offensive linemen.

He finished the 2018 season with 48 total tackles with 13.5 tackles for loss. That’s the definition of maximizing opportunities to be an impact player.

I expect Burns to go for 60+ tackles, 10+ sacks and 15+ tackles for loss in 2018.
