Staff Can Communicate How Former Players Can Help

This is a big one that most won’t thing about. However, it’s true the staff can reach out to former players with phone calls, emails and/or in person.

Whether its money donations, invitations to coach during FSU camps or helping the coaching staff recruit different areas where they may reside can all help elevate FSU football.

A group setting like this could help recreate that camaraderie and motivation to want to help get FSU get back to elite status.

It’s a good thing anytime you can get a former player that played in the NFL, or helped FSU win a national championship or anything of the sort to represent the program whether it’s at a speaking engagement or social media.

FSU needs its former players to show love to the program just as other elite programs do.
