The 2018 NFL Draft is just around the corner, and like everyone else we here at Chop Chat break down where your favorite team is picking and who they pick.

Players like Bradley Chubb and of course Saquon Barkley  have stayed complacent as two of the best players in the 2018 NFL Draft. I’ve seen some scouts even say Chubb is more physically gifted coming out of college than last year’s first overall pick, Myles Garrett. I’ve watched Chubb for the last three years now against FSU football and he is very much legit with a JJ Watt like ceiling (I’m not exaggerating).

Storylines have changed a bit from the last mock draft. The New York Jets have traded for the 3rd overall pick where most likely they will pick a franchise signal caller. Which quarterback will it be though? Josh Rosen in the Big Apple or will it be Baker Mayfield on Broadway?

Meanwhile the Cleveland Browns significantly improved their offense adding Jarvis Landry, Carlos Hyde, and Tyrod Taylor. So that first overall pick can really be a toss up. The Seattle Seahawks have parted ways with all pro cornerback Richard Sherman and the Jacksonville Jaguars no longer have the beloved “A Team” (Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson).

It will be interesting how to see how these teams respond and find their replacements through the NFL Draft.
