Defensive Backs

GRADE: A

  • Jaiden Woodbey
  • AJ Lytton
  • Asante Samuel Jr.
  • Isaiah Bolden

This is an excellent crop of defensive backs to pull for Willie Taggart. That’s the No. 35, No. 50, No. 60 and No. 231 players ranked overall in the 2018 class.

These guys are absolute dogs (fierce competitors) on the field. Woodbey and Bolden can play safety with Lytton and Samuel filling cornerback needs.

Woodbey is an early enrollee and all of these players will likely see the field at some point as true freshmen.
