Wide Receivers

Projected Starter: Auden Tate, Noonie Murray (slot), Keith Gavin
Rotation: George Campbell, DJ Matthews, Tamorrion Terry

The three starters are arguably the most talented group of wide receivers in the Jimbo Fisher era. They have considerable size and speed that could be a nightmare to cover, especially in the redzone.

If George Campbell can ever get healthy and contribute the passing attack would be that much better. True freshmen DJ Matthews and Tamorrion Terry are comparable to Murray and Tate.

Both Matthews and Terry shined during fall camp, but it’s typically difficult for true freshmen receivers to make an impact. If they are on the field a great deal it’s one of two things, injuries to starters or they are making plays in practice.

FSU football needs this group to remain as healthy as possible.
