TIGHT END

The tight end position was one of the bright spots (to a degree) of the Seminoles' offense in 2024. The Seminoles had talented young pieces such as Landen Thomas and Amarre Williams that the coaching staff was excited about.

Thomas had a marvelous performance versus Clemson last year, while Williams displayed flashes of playmaking ability and solid blocking.

The coaching staff decided to bring in transfer Randy Pittman Jr. and former four-star Chase Loftin at the tight end position. Some people sigh when they hear about the tight end position because it is something that isn't as discussed about like the wide receiver position.

However, I want to highlight true freshman tight end Chase Loftin. He is someone that head football coach Mike Norvell mentioned as the Seminoles' top target. I believe that the Nebraska native could end up being the best tight end in the room.
