BEING RIGHT ABOUT ESPN/HERBSTREIT
I don't believe that Florida State football fans could ever get over what transpired last December when an undefeated Seminoles team with a Power-Five conference championship was left out of the College Football Playoff in favor of one-loss Alabama.
The level of injustice and favoritism towards a brand and conference will be something that many will never forget. It is a shame where we are in the current landscape of college football when wins do not matter.
Take it from Kirk Herbstreit himself as he stated on a segment while on ESPN that wins do not matter when it comes to placing teams in the College Football Playoff.

I realize that college football, as well as ESPN, is a money-making game. However, it is laughable sometimes how the company tries to create its agenda to fit its narrative. I am glad that other college football fans are seeing this.
I realize that Florida State went 2-10 this year and don't have a fight in the argument with being so bad this season, but the principle is the principle, as college football needs to be fair across the board and not just for a certain bundle of teams.
