THOUGHTS

This could be another beneficial recruiting weekend for the Seminoles' coaching staff. Florida State needs to generate momentum for the massive Alabama season opener. With that said, they cannot wet the bed like they did in 2024.

The program likely won't see the same success this weekend as it likely will on the final official visit weekend on June 20th, but this could be some serviceable returns for a coaching staff that wants to change the perception of high school recruiting.

I think that the Seminoles need to lock down three-star linebacker Noah LaVallee and then give Chauncey Kennon and Jamarion Matthews something to think about going forward. Then the coaching staff needs to solidify the recruitments of the commits that are on campus.

It is important to figure out what wide receivers Efrem White and Darryon Williams are doing. White is being pursued by Notre Dame, while Williams is having a difficult decision between Florida State and arch-rival Florida. The coaching staff cannot afford to lose talented prospects that are already in the fold.
