OL JACOB RIZY

I know that the Seminoles' offensive line unit looks to be filled out for the most part, especially with the starters Gunnar Hansen, Richie Leonard IV, Luke Petitbon, Adrian Medley, and Micah Pettus, or so we think.

There has been much discussion about veteran offensive lineman Jacob Rizy, who was brought in last year from Harvard. He didn't get much fan fare since Harvard doesn't get talked about much from the mass media.

However, Rizy started three games last year for Florida State and primarily played at the guard position. The offensive lineman has played at offensive tackle, so he is a piece that the Seminoles could use if injuries were to happen. We saw that in 2024 with Darius Washington, Robert Scott, and Richie Leonard IV, so anything is possible.

I have learned to prepare for the worst, but many members of the coaching staff have high hopes about Rizy. He is someone who they are excited about being back in the rotation, and I think that he could compete at one of the starting guard positions.
