RB OUSMANE KROMAH

Let's go ahead and get an obvious answer out of the way, and that is true freshman running back Ousmane Kromah. The Seminoles were about to lure the former four-star prospect from the home-state Georgia Bulldogs.

It was something that the Seminoles needed as they combined to have 89.9 rushing yards per game in 2024. The coaching staff thought that the rushing game would have been a strength for them, but it turned into an utter disaster.

As it stands, the program added former Oklahoma transfer Gavin Sawchuk and freshman Ousmane Kromah. Offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn loves to utilize the inside run scheme to attack opposing defenses. Then, the offense will throw it over the top when the linebackers start crashing in.

I know that veteran Roydell Williams could be a factor against his former team, Alabama, in the season opener, but I believe that this is Kromah's backfield to lose. Offensive lineman Luke Petitbon talked about Kromah and referred to him as "that dude".
