Remaining targets that FSU football could sign in the 2025 recruiting cycle
RB TAEVION SWINT (UCF COMMIT)
Florida State's coaching staff has already made major moves in flipping four-star running back Ousmane Kromah from the Georgia Bulldogs. Kromah was a target with the Seminoles for quite a while. He visited campus several times, but he never pulled the trigger on Florida State.
The Seminoles have seen four-star running back Byron Louis from American Heritage High School in Plantation, Florida, flipped to arch-rival Florida. After the loss to the Gators, I thought that the coaching staff would strike out on running back prospects.
Four-star running back Taevion Swint from Osceola High School in Kissimmee, Florida, is a UCF commit, but he did not sign on Wednesday. This is an interesting development since former head football coach of the Knights, Gus Malzahn, is now the offensive coordinator of Florida State.
Swint was a recruit that the Seminoles recruited heavily early on, but they backed off after other targets emerged. I don't think the recruitment is over for the Seminoles just yet, but I don't think he is a priority with Kromah signing.
