Will Alex Atkins secure a large OL haul in the 2025 recruiting cycle for the Noles?

Yet another five-star prospect is interested in Florida State. It looks like Alex Atkins is having a pick of what he wants when it comes to recruiting at the position.

Five-star offensive tackle Ty Haywood from Ryan High School in Denton, Texas might seem like a long shot since he is from the Texas area and schools such as Oklahoma, Alabama, TCU, and Texas as involved.

However, Haywood has a great relationship with Atkins and he really enjoyed his unofficial visit with the program earlier this year. The good news is that the Texas native will be officially visiting the Seminoles during the weekend of June 21st.

You never want to turn away talent or at least not put your foot in the door of recruitment for a five-star prospect. I like the fact that Florida State is trying to lure in Haywood. That would be massive to get three five-star offensive linemen in the class with Solomon Thomas, Josh Petty, and Ty Haywood.

The Texas native would certainly make a great Seminole!
